Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
You can track order on the web sites FEDEX or DHL. Goods are fully insured in case of damage or loss.

By proceeding through the checkout you are agreeing to the delivery charge calculated at the checkout.
Deliveries are shown in working days. Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are not treated as working days for delivery purposes.

Dispatch Time of Goods
Depending on stock we aim to have orders dispatched as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to deliver the goods by the date stated by the transporters - we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day.
This item is potentially in stock from suppliers and is sometimes available for you within a short timescale.
However, due to the nature of some special order items - and the fact that some items are individually manufactured to order - in some instances there can be a delay before delivery.
We are able to provide accurate delivery time after speaking to our suppliers. Please feel free to contact us for further details or we will be in touch with an estimated time of arrival once your order has been placed.
We will e-mail you when the product is dispatched.
By special ordering, you are committing to buy an item to your desired specification and it cannot be returned as not to taste. Faulty goods of course are subject to usual returns procedure.
Delivery and Receipt of Goods
The carrier will deliver your order to the delivery address selected by you on the online order form. A person over the age of 18 must be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If not a home the van driver will leave a calling contact card. They will not leave the goods without a signature.
You may arrange a second delivery on an agreed day or collect your goods from their local depot.
If you have not received a delivery, please use the Contact Us form from our website and quote your Order Reference Number. (Order ID) If you believe your order has gone missing please allow 5 business days from the shipping date before contacting us, as we are unable to process any loss claims before this point.
For deliveries to non-UK destinations, Gazzella Racing Ltd will not be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties levied on the goods despatched.
All items are insured in transit.
Prices are listed in British Pounds. All orders are charged in British Pounds.
All UK customers will be charged 20% UK VAT.
All customers in the European Union (EU) will not longer be charged UK Value Added Tax (VAT). You will have to pay your local VAT when you received the goods.
For residents outside UK and EU deliveries there might be local VAT, duty or other taxes to be paid in your country of residence. The shipping rate will in addition be calculated when you "Add to Cart". Some countries may charge you import tax for certain items. If you have any queries regarding this then please contact your local tax office who should be able to assist you further. Unfortunately we cannot advise on import tax and duty enquiries.
For Non UK/Non EU residents you will have to pay your local VAT/TAX/Duty Rate in your country of residence based on the value of the goods.
The transporter/courier we use to deliver your parcel will collect the local VAT/TAX or Duty when or before they deliver your parcel and will pay it to the relevant Tax Authority in your country.
