The front strut bar is mounted on the engine compartment and between the two Shock Absorber mounts to the torsion, from which the body is set to counter.
To counteract this torsion, the strut bar especially convertibles and roadsters has proven to be an indispensable means. With the missing roof shows the body significantly poorer properties and must also be reinforced.
Even if the vehicle has been lowered, strut bar offers on the diagonal or transverse mounting to dimensional stability and absorbs the stresses on the body from goal-directed.
