Improved performance with K&N 57S Performance Induction Kits
When you fit a 57S Airbox intake, you will notice the difference the next time you drive your vehicle. 57S Intake Kits are a great way to maximize airflow and engine performance.
They will replace the factory air box providing both High-Flow air filter technology and a larger air filter size. This winning combination will increase horsepower and sound great too.
Design and materials
57S Series Intake Kits are specifically designed for each different vehicle and will free your car from the size restriction that comes with the factory air box. Each kit is designed to provide power throughout the RPM range.
Filter Maintenance
The filter element is washable; we advise you to clean it up to 100,000 miles.
Fitting information:
1. Take the key from the ignition.
2. Unscrew the hose clamp and remove the intake tube from the air box lid. (Fig. 1)
3. Remove the 4 screws from the air box lid. (Fig. 2)
4. Remove the original air box lid from the air box base. (Fig. 3)
5. Remove the original air filter from the air box base. (Fig. 4)
6. Fit the intake pipe into the 57s airbox lid (ensure a snap fit). (Fig. 5)
7. Fit the filter onto the intake pipe and secure using the hose clamp supplied. (Fig. 6)
8. Fit the new K&N air box lid onto the air box base using the 4 original screws. (Fig. 7)
9. Fit the intake tube onto the new air box lid using the hose clamp supplied. (Fig. 8)
10. Carry out a final check of all the connections and alignment of the K&N air filter system before
starting the engine. Installation is now complete.
