The OEM engine cover designed by Fiat has an incorporated factory airbox housed within the cover itself. This meant for many people, upgrading their induction kit would result in completely removing your engine cover.
Now, with the release of the carbon fibre engine cover, Abarth owners can enjoy the power and performance of improved induction without having to sacrifice the aesthetic appearance of their engine bay! Forge designed the engine cover to fit perfectly alongsidet their induction kit FMINDF500, purposefully using carbon fibre as the material to compliment the carbon fibre canister of the induction kit.
The carbon fibre really helps to give the engine bay some character, blending in nicely with the carbon cannister of the Forge Motorsport induction kit. The high-quality carbon fibre is prepreg 2x2 twill formed in an autoclave from billet tooling and finished with an anti UV gloss gel coat. The kit comes complete with everything you need for installation. Fitting can be carried out in around 1 hour and includes a set of full instructions.
